If you have any special needs, disabilities, and/or dietary requirements please do let us know when you register for the event.
 
How can I get to the venue? The hotel address is: via Longhena 42, Verona. You can find hotel details in venue section of this site or on: http://www.sanmarco.vr.it
 
What about accommodation? Payment of the hotel room should be made directly by the participants to the hotel on the day. Some hotel rooms are available at preferential rates.  Please sign it in the registration form and contact.the event organizers for additional information.
 
Are the meals included? Yes, all refreshments and conference lunches have been carefully selected to offer you the best in banqueting. Check the agenda for timings.
 
Can I receive a copy of the presentations? Yes.  Presentations are also available after the conference on our website. To access this feature you must use a link that we will supply you with when the presentations are available. The distribution of presentation materials is subject to the speakers’ permission
 
How should I pay for the conference? Payment should be made online (www.esforum.eu), by bank transfer (please see details below) or by mailing a cheque, along with the registration form:

Upon receipt of payment, the registration will be confirmed. Please send proof of bank transfer via fax or email.
 
How can I get a receipt for my credit card payment? Unless otherwise requested, we will post you your receipt. In the event of payment being made close to the event you can collect the receipt in person at the conference
 
What happens if I have to cancel? In the event of cancellation,refunds (70% refund of the registration fee ) will only be given if cancellation is received before October 29th, 2010. Cancellations will only be valid if made in writing.
Transfer of registrations (or name changes) are allowed and should be made in writing within 7 days prior to the event.
 
Can I substitute a delegate? Yes, substitution of a delegate is free of charge - we need full registration details before the conference in order to substitute a delegate.
 
Will my contact details be shared with third parties? No, EasyB does not give out your contact details to third parties. From time to time you may receive information in relevant or related areas from one of our divisions.
